LATE NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. A

the fax deadline.
2. Nominations will only be accepted if completed and signed by both the NHSRA WD Member and the listed
owner on AQHA papers. “Owner” is defined by one of the following: NHSRA WD Member, parent(s), sibling(s) or
grandparent(s).
3. Both the listed owner on AQHA papers and the nominating NHSRA WD member must be a current AQHA
member through August 1, 2009. Owners should call AQHA to verify membership and ownership status. If the
owner’s AQHA membership expires between March 1, 2009 and July 15, 2009, please renew the membership no

4. The earliest received nomination form will break any ties.
5. A nominated horse can only earn points from a single rider at the state/province finals and national finals. No
accumulative points will be awarded. If more than one immediate family member will be riding the horse, then each
NHSRA WD member must nominate the same horse to be eligible.
6. It is the member’s responsibility to make certain that the State/Province Secretary is notified at the State/Province
Finals which nominated horse they are competing on to be eligible to earn points. Failure to do so could prevent
your horse from earning points.
